Location:  The entrance to the suite of offices is at 393 Delaware Avenue in the heart of Buffalo.

 

Work Spaces:  Spaces range in size from 10 x 12 offices shown on the plan below.  Rates vary accordingly.

 

Amenities:     Tenants may reserve the Chapel, Outdoor Courtyard, and other meeting rooms that can accommodate 3 to 70 participants. 

 

Availability:  Presently, the following work spaces, shown on the plan below, are available:  The entire 1st floor, office 1, 2, 4, 7 and 8
