Staff and Leadership
There are many people whose job it is produce the Sunday Worship experience, create the programs, maintain the facility, and work behind the scenes. There are even more people who earn their living out in the community, but who volunteer their time and energy to make the community of Trinity possible.
The Rev. R. Cameron Miller

Rector
Cam Miller is a Hoosier by birth, a preacher by vocation, an odd mixture of old-fashioned and edgy modern, and thoroughly influenced by living life in a 6’ 6” body. Born in Muncie, Indiana he graduated with a philosophy degree from Skidmore (Saratoga Springs, New York) and went on to work odd jobs in Boston before a brief stint as an aide in a Mental Health Unit. From there he entered seminary and graduated from The Episcopal Divinity School (Cambridge, MA). He has served parishes in a variety of settings including urban, first ring suburbs and major university campuses and specialized in congregational re-development.
Cam was the first graduate of the Core Curriculum program of The College of Preachers in Washington, DC and preaching has been the center pin of his unique method of leading change in congregational culture and mission. He has also been assisted by his experience as an apprentice in organizational development with Lawson Associates in Indianapolis and serve as a freelance management consultant for years prior to coming to Buffalo, where the burgeoning activities of his four children and the ministry at Trinity has kept him too busy to venture far from those activities.
Cam’s extension is 14, and his email address is cammiller [at] trinitybuffalo [dot] org.
